Tim is an experienced Supervisor who has over 7 + years of experience. With over 10 years experience in the construction industry, he's developed expertise in a broad spectrum of construction methods and techniques, on projects ranging from amusement parks and shopping centres to hotels and sporting stadiums.

Ziad holds a Masters Degree in Architecture from University of Kent, United Kingdom along with a Bachelors Degree of Architectural Engineering. With extensive hands-on experience, having worked for well-known consultant firms on a variety of residential, commercial, retail, mixed-use hotel, healthcare and religious buildings, Ziad has managed projects from the initial concept / design stage right through to completion. His knowledge of coordination between different engineering disciplines with full understanding for MEP and structural needs and concepts, ensures he possesses the design and development flair needed to plan, coordinate and add value to all phases of an architectural project. Having most recently worked for 7 years with a leading local Australian developer/builder immediately before joining Australex, Ziad has extensive experience in Class 2 buildings and is completely across the DBP Act. Aside from his technical ability, Ziad possesses exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across a range of sectors.
